Firepink clay collective open house
On December 12, 2021, we flung open the doors at the Firepink Clay Collective studio to invite the world into our new little piece of heaven! In addition to myself, Firepink Clay Collective is Sara Ballek Ceramics, Sydney Williams Pottery, and Trista Hudzik Pottery—three of the most amazing women I’ve ever had the honor to meet and call my friends!! In September of 2020 Sydney, Trista, and I moved from Southside Studios to our studio in Alexander, NC, along with Eli Nelms of So Stoked Pottery. Together we figured out a new normal during the pandemic and our space began to take shape.
In October of this year Eli needed a place a little closer to their home, and we invited Sara Ballek to join us. Naturally, she fit right in and we officially became Firepink Clay Collective—ready for the world!!

To celebrate some of our favorite maker friends also joined in on the fun, and filled our space with so much talent, warmth, and laughter. Everyone could feel it! Our hearts were filled to overflowing with all the love and support we received from everyone who came out. We are eternally grateful to you all!
Ending the year on such a high note has us super excited about 2022… it’s a new year filled with hope, and I personally cannot wait to see what wonders it will bring!!
